Integral Capacity Management ensures the central and cross-departmental planning of all hospital capacities. The goal is a balanced, transparent, and efficient management of operations, beds, and consultations along the entire patient pathway in close interdisciplinary collaboration. It is the hub of our hospital and the first point of contact for patients regarding registration and admission to a hospital stay.
You will take on a central leadership role in Integral Capacity Management (ICM). In doing so, you combine organisational skill with leadership strength and a pronounced service orientation.

Your Tasks
- Operational and personnel management of the Integral Capacity Management (ICM) team
- Support of the ICM management in the further development of the ICM area
- Ensuring optimal patient care and planning
- Contact person for patients regarding registration and admission
- Efficient appointment scheduling in the Peri-OP and OP management area
- Capacity planning of consultations
- Patient-oriented allocation of beds
- Supervision of the anaesthesia consultation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
Your Profile
- Leadership experience or proven potential to take on a leadership role
- Completed training in healthcare at HF/FH level
- Experience in allocation, OP, or capacity planning is an advantage
- Organised, solution-oriented, and resilient personality
- High social competence as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills
- Networked thinking, sense of responsibility, and an independent working style
- Good IT user skills and enthusiasm for process optimisation

A varied and demanding role awaits you immediately or by arrangement in a modern and future-oriented hospital with a broad range of services. Collaboration within the various departments, team spirit, and a strong cross-departmental sense of belonging are consciously lived here. You will be in direct contact with our patients and work closely with the anaesthetists. A role awaits you in which you will significantly contribute to service-oriented patient care on the one hand and actively participate in the ICM area on the other.
