Customer Advisor: Energy Communities and Energy Usage (all)
Your area of responsibility
- You advise and support our customers on technical and practical questions regarding energy communities such as associations for self-consumption (ZEV) and local electricity communities (LEG).
- Thanks to your electrical engineering background, you understand their concerns and can classify technical matters in a practical way and communicate them clearly.
- In complex business cases, you support the customer advisors from the Customer Centre and coordinate requests within BKW and its subsidiaries.
- You maintain customer relationships according to our guidelines and ensure high-quality service and professional process quality through quality controls.
- You contribute your practical experience to the further development of our processes, customer journeys, and IT systems and help improve workflows.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as an electrical installer, assembly electrician, or a comparable electrical engineering qualification and have practical experience in the electrical industry.
- You want to develop professionally and apply your technical knowledge in a consulting role in the office in the future.
- You enjoy contact with people, communicate clearly, and like to support customers with technical questions.
- You are curious about new things: you enjoy expanding your knowledge, embracing change, and familiarising yourself with new processes and systems.
- You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented, while appreciating exchange within an open team.
This role offers you the opportunity to develop your experience from the electrical industry in a new professional direction. Instead of working on construction sites, you will apply your technical know-how in consulting and engage with topics that are increasingly important for future energy supply.
The position is particularly suitable for electrical specialists who want to stay close to technology but move away from construction sites towards a consulting role.
