About the job
The main task involves the care and maintenance of private green spaces. You plan workflows and coordinate them effectively directly in the customer's garden. You independently lead a small team and accompany them during work. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Take comprehensive care and maintenance of garden facilities as well as private green areas
- Plan and coordinate workflows efficiently in the customer's garden
- Independently lead and accompany a small team of 2 to 3 employees
- Advise customers directly and competently recommend additional services
- Organise material requirements and digitally document work assignments
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener specialising in garden and landscape construction EFZ
- Bring experience in garden maintenance with solid plant knowledge
- Ensure careful and precise work in all tasks
- Show teamwork and reliability and ideally have initial leadership experience
- Possess a category B driving licence; trailer experience is an advantage
