About the job

To complement our nursing teams, we are looking for an independent and competent certified psychiatric nurse HF/FH (m/f/d) 70 - 100%

As a nurse and case manager

- you independently coordinate and organise resource- and needs-oriented care

- you advise and support both elderly and young people and their environment

- you work closely with the nursing teams

- you clarify and review needs using interRAI HC and create care plans with NANDA diagnoses

- you plan treatment care in consultation with doctors and therapists

- you ensure a high quality of care and service
