Introduction

For our young and dynamic personnel consulting company in Baar ZG, we are looking for a committed intern.

Start: from spring 2027 for a full or half year.

Type of work

• Telephone contact with clients regarding job/vacancy clarifications
• Telephone contact with candidates, job seekers as well as clients
• Creation of CVs in German (and English)
• Personal assistance to the personnel consultants
• Research tasks on the internet
• Updating and recording our job offers
• Answering daily emails
• Substituting the consultants during holiday absences together with another HR consultant
• Reception duties (candidates/clients)
• Various statistics and evaluations
• Cash management
• Office supplies management and purchasing
• Assistance in the preparation of documents for temporary employees
• Contract management and payroll
• Creating invoices
• Writing and creating mailings and support with mailing requests
• General administrative tasks

Requirements profile

• Completed Matura, discontinued studies or at least a 2-year commercial diploma
• Dynamic, open, proactive, motivated, quick comprehension and a team player
• Skilled in MS Office and the 10-finger typing system
• Native German speaker with a confident style level and intermediate English skills, further language skills are an advantage
