Your tasks
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the audit department
- Leadership and development of employees
- Review of inventories, accountability reports and financial statements
- Assessment of asset investments and preparation of decision drafts
- Ensuring a uniform and high-quality audit practice
- Further development of processes and work tools
- Advising guardians and collaboration with internal and external specialist offices
Your profile
- Training in finance and accounting, auditing, fiduciary or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in finance, fiduciary or auditing
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Analytical thinking skills, strong numerical understanding and interconnected thinking
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social and communication skills as well as confident appearance
- Knowledge of child and adult protection or social insurance law is an advantage

The office is attached to the Directorate of the Interior of the Canton of Zug.
