In this versatile role, you take responsibility for invoicing, accounts receivable management, and the continuous optimization of our processes. You are the central interface between customers, internal teams, and accounting.

Your main tasks:

- Invoicing, modification, and posting of subscriptions and invoice proposals
- Execution of dunning procedures (written and by phone)
- Handling customer complaints
- Final billing: processing architects' final invoices
- Opening and modification of debtors and master data
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of workflows in collaboration with the supervisor
- Team support: deputizing within the team as needed

Your profile:

- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in finance and accounting
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
- High accuracy, initiative, and enjoyment in optimizing processes
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
- Fluent German skills, English and French skills are an advantage
