Polymechanic – Maintenance with Process Optimisation

Tasks

Independent execution of inspection, maintenance, and repair work on modern production facilities
Early detection, analysis, and sustainable resolution of malfunctions to ensure high equipment availability
Initiation and implementation of optimisation projects to improve processes and workflows
Active collaboration with various departments to promote open communication and continuous improvement

Requirements

Completed training in a mechanical or comparable technical profession with relevant expertise
Willingness to take on early and on-call shifts for 3–5 weeks annually to ensure equipment availability
Structured and independent working style as well as quick comprehension of new technologies and tasks
Open, communicative, and goal-oriented personality with enjoyment of teamwork and taking responsibility
Very good German language skills and a category B driving licence for flexible assignments on-site and at the company
