Introduction
INNOMEDICA IS A YOUNG NANOTECH COMPANY with around 40 employees, several promising drugs in preclinical and clinical development and its own clean room production. The pipeline is based on a liposomal delivery system and includes, in particular, parenteral drug candidates applied in neurology (a new approach to treat Parkinson's disease) and oncology (chemotherapy).

As part of our Quality Control & Analytics team, you will be responsible for the performance, documentation, evaluation and assessment of analytical tests for raw materials and finished products in a GMP environment.
Your job profile includes:
- In-process controls, release and stability tests using HPLC-based analytical methods
- DLS-based analyses; pH, IR, and wet chemical analyses
- Visual appearance test of finished drug product for batch release and stability
- Coordination with contract laboratories for routine testing and method development
- Reporting and investigation of OOS results; documentation of events or deviations
- Authoring of change requests and CAPAs
- Responsibility for stock management and logistical tasks in the laboratory
- Qualification, maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment; technical troubleshooting
- Assistance in the development and validation of HPLC methods
As prerequisites for this position, we expect a completed apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory technician (EFZ or equivalent). Applicants with an HF or FH (chemist) diploma or other equivalent qualifications are also encouraged to apply. Ideally, you bring experience in chemical analysis – especially HPLC – and are familiar with working in a GMP-regulated environment. You enjoy hands-on lab work and see technical challenges as opportunities to get creative and find innovative solutions. You work efficiently, stay organized, and take responsibility for your own projects. Motivation, perseverance, and a positive attitude are part of who you are. Furthermore, you have a good command of written and spoken English. You are reliable and flexible and appreciate the dynamics of an innovative start-up company in the pharmaceutical sector.
