Our more than 3,000 employees worldwide develop, produce, sell and maintain highly precise measuring instruments for chemical analyses in laboratories and industrial manufacturing processes. In all our development departments, we work interdisciplinarily using agile methods (Scrum). For our Electronics department, in the development area, we are now looking for you to drive forward the development of our high-tech products at the Herisau/CH site together with your team.

Team Leader Electronics Hardware (m/f/d)

• You lead a team of currently 6 specialists and enjoy developing them and being successful together as a team
• Together with the project organisation, you direct and coordinate work for the technical platforms of our products
• You contribute your know-how directly to projects through consulting and reviews
• You optimise processes and bring new ideas into the electronics leadership team
• You ensure that your team is optimally positioned to support the development of innovative products

• Good knowledge in electronics development with higher technical education
• Experience in interdisciplinary product development
• Initial leadership experience
• Cooperative leadership style with talent for motivation
• Strong communication skills, creativity and implementation strength
• Fluent German skills and very good English skills for international collaboration
