Property Accountant

The small, well-coordinated team works with great passion and dedication to meet the needs of many owners and tenants in Northwestern Switzerland with the highest quality.
Your area of responsibility
- Independent management of the assigned property accounting for a portfolio of rental properties and condominiums
- Ensuring debtor and creditor management including dunning
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines as well as quality standards
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in finance and accounting (professional certificate)
- Several years of professional experience in property accounting with closing certainty (individual financial statements)
- Very good ERP knowledge, ideally Aba Immo
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
