For our headquarters in Zurich-Altstetten, we are looking for an analytically strong and curious personality who transforms data into clear decision-making bases. In this role as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to use modern BI tools, analyze company data holistically, and actively contribute to the data-driven development of our business.

Your main tasks:

- Creation of interactive and meaningful dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Analysis of company data to identify business trends and key performance indicators
- Support in the development and maintenance of data models for data analysis and visualization
- Regular testing of BI dashboards and reports to ensure they meet requirements and function error-free
- Collaboration with various departments to understand business requirements and deliver data-based solutions
- Interpretation of data and provision of insights to support business decisions
- Support in data management, including data cleaning, transformation, and integration

Your profile:

- The position is suitable as an entry-level job for university graduates from various disciplines (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Tableau for creating dashboards and reports
- Solid Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience in testing BI dashboards and reports is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex data
- Teamwork skills and good communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Confident oral and written expression in German, good English skills
- Interest in Facility Management
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn to continuously develop in the areas of Business Intelligence and data analysis
