- Completed school and vocational training; 3+ years in migration or social work.
- Calmness in difficult situations and openness to diverse cultures.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative.

- Advise on questions and concerns or forward them to the appropriate authorities
- Perform administrative tasks and reporting
- Monitor and ensure the safety of residents during the night
- Intervene and coordinate in emergencies or incidents
- Ensure compliance with quiet hours and house rules
- Ensure basic medical care
Requirements
- Completed school and vocational training
- Basic knowledge and use of MS Office applications
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years), preferably in migration or social work
- Calmness in dealing with difficult situations and openness to different cultures
- Problem-solving oriented
- Initiative and personal responsibility
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement or criminal records)
- First aid course SRK
- First national language: Written B2, Spoken B2
- Second national language: Written B1, Spoken B1
