You don’t just want a job, but to take responsibility and build something new? In this role, you will accompany the introduction of SPAR Express on site and lead the retail team – so that everything runs smoothly in the store and our customers like to come back.

What you bring

✅ Experience in sales – or simply the drive to get started in retail

✅ First leadership experience or the desire to grow into leadership

✅ The overview even with many customers

✅ Desire to take responsibility and help shape things

✅ Good German skills – any additional language is a plus

✅ Openness to flexible working hours
