As part of succession planning, we are looking for a team-oriented and proactiveMetrology Technician 80-100% (m/f/d)
for our Quality & Environment department, starting immediately or by arrangement.Your tasks include:
- Programming and execution of measurement tasks on the 3D coordinate measuring machine (Werth)
- Performing highly precise 3D measurements, initial sample inspections, and series measurements
- Evaluation and documentation of measurement protocols as well as preparation of initial sample inspection reports
- Programming and maintenance of other measuring devices (Keyence, KOMEG, etc.)
- Support and advice in the development of test strategies, measurement concepts, and their further development
- Support in the analysis of deviations (internal, external) and initiation of measures in case of complaints or quality deviations
- Support in quality assurance in various areas
- Preparation of test planning for the production departments
Our requirements are:
- Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic or mechatronics technician and/or further training as a technician HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in the field of metrology and quality assurance
- Sound knowledge in handling 3D software
- An AUKOM training is an advantage
- Methodological competence in the evaluation of technical drawings and geometric tolerances
- Knowledge of core tools and common Q-methods is an advantage
- MS Office, ERP knowledge (PSIPenta, an advantage)
- German spoken and written, English skills are an advantage
- You have good analytical skills and an independent, proactive working style
- You are a team-oriented, persuasive personality and possess good manners
