Turbo-Separator AG is a family business with a total of 90 employees and is one of the leading plant manufacturers in Switzerland. At three production sites, we manufacture and distribute high-quality systems worldwide for the purification of industrial liquids. Our solutions and products are used in several industrial sectors such as the automotive, tool, medical, glass, and ceramics industries.

Export Clerk (80–100%)

You ensure that our products reach the world safely and on time. Do you keep an overview even when several shipments are on the move simultaneously? Do you enjoy working independently, are organised, and feel comfortable in an international environment? Then you are exactly right with us.

Your tasks include:

• You organise and coordinate national and international shipments of goods
• You prepare export and shipping documents as well as the associated invoices
• You process electronic customs declarations and ensure correct customs clearance
• You are responsible for the correct certificate of origin and compliance with customs and export regulations
• You perform preference calculations
• You are in direct contact with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities and clarify open questions
• You communicate with international business partners in German and English, ideally also in French
• You maintain master data and ensure clean documentation of processes and work instructions
• You prepare offers and order confirmations for the service department
• You take on general administrative tasks in the area of export and logistics
• You work closely with internal and external contacts and contribute to a smooth flow of the entire supply chain
• You ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as our quality and safety standards

Your profile:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship
• Experience in export, freight forwarding, or international logistics
• Ideally further training as an export clerk or foreign trade specialist
• Good German and English skills; French is a plus
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP systems, and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• An independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• A sense of responsibility and a high level of quality awareness
• Enjoyment in contact with customers and partners from all over the world
• Team spirit, initiative, and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
