The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Residential Group Leader 80-100% (m/f/d)
What to expect:
- Active participation in all areas of the residential group (care, nursing and leisure activities)
- Support, promotion and care of adults with behavioural difficulties
- Responsibility for the daily routine and development opportunities of the residents
- Administrative and personnel management of a team of around nine employees
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
- Supervision of trainees and interns
- Participation in project and working groups
What we expect:
- Completed training, preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing or nursing
- Leadership experience in the social or nursing sector
- Resilience and organisational skills in demanding situations
- Flexibility and humour
- Team- and solution-oriented working style
- Exchange and networking within the management
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
