In this versatile and exciting role, you will ensure the maintenance of green spaces for special large customers, thereby ensuring satisfied tenants and homeowners.

Your main tasks:

• Garden maintenance and repair work
• Area maintenance (weeding, sheds, lawn mowing, disposal, high-pressure cleaning, winter service)
• Collaboration and support in property services as part of representation in integrated building maintenance
• Compliance with occupational safety guidelines and specific hazards per property
• Care and partial consulting of internal & external customers
• Reporting on task completion
• Documenting specific customer requirements

Your profile:

• Basic training as a gardener with a diploma; ideally as a specialist gardener with a federal certificate
• Further training in occupational safety is desirable
• Several years of experience as a gardener
• Driving license category B1 is mandatory
• Precise, clean, and independent work
• Team spirit, resilience, flexibility
• Impeccable character and criminal record
• Familiarity with the Zurich region is required
