Your Tasks

During your 3-year training at SPAR, we offer you a varied and exciting education in retail. You manage all departments in the store, present the products, and operate the cash register. Through the acquired expertise in inter-company and internal courses, you are able to fully meet the wishes and expectations of our customers to their complete satisfaction.

Your Profile

General Requirements:

• neat appearance and good manners
• team player, reliable and resilient
• enjoyment in contact with people
• flair for management and sales

School Requirements:

• completed compulsory schooling
• good school performance
• foreign language skills (English / French)

If you enjoy food and are ready to inspire our customers every day, then this is the right profession for you! If your school performance in certain subjects does not meet the requirements for an EFZ apprenticeship, we will check the possibility of completing the two-year training as a  retail assistant EBA .
