About the job

We provide inpatient care for up to 90 patients in the fields of oncology, internal medicine, and psychiatry/psychosomatics. Our services are complemented by an oncological day clinic and additional outpatient offerings such as general practitioner medicine and nine specialist outpatient clinics. We are available around the clock for our patients, whether through our 24-hour emergency service, acute medical care at home (Hospital at Home), or direct personal contact.

We are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:

Head of Finance 80 - 100%

In this key role, you will operate at the interface between the executive management level and the department heads.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation and consolidation of financial statements (OR and SGF) and forecasts
• Preparation of monthly reporting for the Board of Directors and clinic management
• Creation of cost accounting according to REKOLE
• Monthly result discussions with cost centre managers and identification of optimisation measures
• Development of improvement proposals aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, etc.
• Business management sparring partner for the heads of individual business units and departments
• Key user for the ERP finance and patient administration modules
• Responsibility for the accounting, patient administration, and controlling teams
• Collaboration with colleagues from FM, HR, and ICT as well as the clinic management member responsible for finance

Your profile:

• Completed degree in business administration, university of applied sciences, or comparable qualification
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good Excel skills
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system (REKOLE) is an advantage
• Affinity for ERP systems and digitalisation projects
