You can look forward to these tasks
- As the first point of contact for customers, you always ensure professional support
- Handling customer concerns and recording all customer transactions in the CRM system (Salesforce) are part of your daily tasks
- You handle daily business (size exchange, item exchange, increase, reduction, etc.) as well as the creation of credit notes within the agreed framework in the ERP system
- In addition, you regularly support both the field service and the service and logistics departments in administrative matters
- Additionally, you contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and improving the customer experience

- Commercial basic training or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service or direct customer contact

- Solution-oriented approach in dealing with customer complaints
- You are proficient with MS Office programs; ideally, you already have experience with CRM/ERP systems, e.g., Salesforce
