As a Supervisor GTF - Engine Line you will be assigned to the New Engines organization, acting as Supervisor within the engine shop operational organization taking care of Disassembly and Assembly of GTF engines, as such: leading people, managing processes, projects and tasks to realize the goals and missions of the organization.
Your tasks
- Leading and coaching of the allocated staff
- Monitoring of the working and Job hours including indirect hours for the affected organization
- Assuring an optimized staff allocation to the events and a high production grade
- Instruct staff about any quality deviation, verbal reviews, occurrences, audit findings and customer complaints and take measures if required
- Coordinate staff trainings and recommend them for education if possible
- Define JAZ application during high workflow periods, to perform on time delivery
- Assure that all working methods and working procedures fulfilled including safety standards
- Check infrastructure for application of defined 5S measurements including general cleanliness and defined necessary actions if standards not performed
- Planning of Service time and time schedule
- Execute PMP with employees
- Continuously improve and develop further SMS
- Perform 5S and Lean Six Sigma
Your Profile
- 4 Years technical apprenticeship
- Experience in Engine MRO
- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in industrial manufacturing
- Leadership training passed
- Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
- English Level minimum B2
- Readiness for two shift works
