To ensure our properties function technically flawlessly and remain well maintained in the long term, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced, technically skilled professional with a federal certificate as a caretaker.

You bring several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance, enjoy hands-on work, and find practical solutions even for demanding technical challenges? You are handy, digitally savvy, and like to work independently? Then we look forward to meeting you!

Your tasks

• Technical building maintenance: You independently carry out repair, maintenance, and upkeep work in rental apartments as well as on building technical systems
• Maintenance and inspection: You regularly check technical systems, detect defects early, and ensure their proper rectification
• Apartment handovers and restorations: You conduct apartment handovers, document defects, and coordinate the necessary work
• Coordination of external specialist companies: You obtain quotes, compare them, and supervise the proper execution of the work
• Tenant support: You are the technical contact person for our tenants, handle their concerns, and coordinate necessary measures
• Digital and administrative tasks: You process orders using digital tools, document identified defects, and monitor the building management system
• Additional tasks: You support the maintenance of outdoor facilities as needed, take on winter services and holiday cover, and provide on-call service for technical emergencies

Your profile

• Federal certificate as a caretaker
• Several years of professional experience in technical caretaking, ideally in the management of residential properties
• Solid practical knowledge in building maintenance and building technology
• Handy skills and the ability to independently carry out repair and maintenance work
• Confident use of PC, smartphone, apps, and digital tools
• Experience in coordinating external craftsmen and service providers
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in contact with people and a strong service orientation
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
