Technical Caretaker with Federal Certificate 100% (m/f)

You have completed a basic technical education – as a caretaker with a federal certificate (FA) or as an electrician, plumber, or heating installer EFZ, or have a comparable education in building technology and are willing to retrain as a caretaker FA as a career changer.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the technical maintenance of apartments, heating centres, and properties
• Good knowledge in the areas of electrical, sanitary, and building technology
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility and manual dexterity
• Friendly and service-oriented manner
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B

Your Area of Responsibility

• Monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of building services systems
• Carrying out maintenance, repair, and restoration work
• Troubleshooting as well as coordination and supervision of external specialist companies
• Regular inspection rounds in buildings and on the premises
• Winter service and on-call duty readiness
• Support with apartment handovers and takeovers
• Contact person for tenants regarding technical concerns

The focus of this role is on the technical maintenance and operation of the properties. Cleaning and care of the green areas are mostly carried out by separate teams.
