Your tasks:
In this versatile role, you work at the interface of research, practice and teaching, contributing your expertise to exciting projects.
- Participation in application-oriented research projects in the field of Human Resource Management and Organisation
- Transfer of research results into science and practice as well as involvement in scientific publications
- Support in acquiring research projects and collaboration with practice partners
- Participation in service and further education projects
- Support in teaching, for example in supervising students and as a teaching assistant
- Involvement in institute-wide tasks and projects
The position is initially limited to 3 years.
Your profile:
You are passionate about scientific work, have sound methodological knowledge and want to help shape current issues in the field of Human Resource Management and Organisation.
- Master’s degree (university, ETH or university of applied sciences) in management or social sciences, business administration, work and organisational psychology or a related field
- In-depth knowledge in Human Resource Management, Organisation or a related subject area
- Very good knowledge of social research methods
- Initial experience in research projects, scientific work or publications is an advantage
- Enjoy working with practice partners as well as an independent and reliable working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
