Training place for a diploma nursing specialist HF
(2-3 year training)
During the training, you will be practically introduced to the competencies of the various work processes according to the framework curriculum «Nursing HF». You will gradually take on more responsibility and work increasingly independently. The internships will be individually planned and completed at the Scalottas Foundation as well as in various partner companies.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- you will learn to plan, manage, and evaluate the entire care and support process in long-term care together as a team.
- you will continuously take on additional responsibility for shaping the daily routine as well as implementing needs- and resource-oriented goals for the individual residents. You will support and promote them individually so that they can experience their competencies and autonomy.
- with your open, humorous, and creative nature, you easily build trusting and sustainable relationships while considering the necessary closeness and distance to the residents.
- you maintain close communication with other nursing professionals, the head of medical care in the house, and external medical contacts (family doctors, etc.)
- you support the work in a self-organized team with your team-oriented personality
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completion of a vocational training with a federal certificate of competence or a school diploma with a maturity or FMS
- Passed suitability internship at the Scalottas Foundation
- Interest in working with people with severe physical and mental disabilities
- you are empathetic, resilient, independent, and responsible

The Scalottas Foundation in Scharans is located in sunny Domleschg, 25 km from Chur. The beautifully situated competence center with a view of the Heinzenberg and Piz Beverin offers 12 children and 73 adults with disabilities care and support tailored to their needs, training, employment, therapy, and living spaces. Around 200 employees in 28 professions are committed to our motto «for more quality of life».
