You will
- lead the branches both in terms of personnel and expertise
- be responsible for achieving the strategic goals
- advise private and business customers in the areas of investments, financing and pension provision
- manage your own customer portfolio and further expand your network of relationships
- actively promote and sell our banking products and services
- work closely with the various business areas
You bring
- a banking-specific or business management education and training (banking diploma, HFBF, HFW, FH etc.)
- several years of experience in banking as well as in team leadership
- a dynamic, solution- and leadership-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
- a strong service orientation and the ability to recognise customer needs
- a broad network of relationships and ideally a strong regional anchoring
