To strengthen our team in the Decoration sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Merchandising Employee, 40%, starting from 01.12.2025, at the Lugano location.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for customer-oriented merchandise presentation and the configuration of freight elevators in this area.
- You are responsible for the efficient and successful management of all branch processes (warehouse and department management).
- You are the guarantor of the orderly and attractive image of the store.
- You actively and independently replenish stock on the sales floor.
- You actively support the sales floor employees.
- You ensure optimal cooperation with the internal visual merchandising department.
Your profile
- You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent position in this field.
- You work precisely, structured, and efficiently.
- You like to work independently and withstand pressure when deadlines are tight.
- You have a flexible and reliable working method as well as excellent organizational skills.
- You have a positive attitude and a neat appearance.
- You speak fluent Italian and have knowledge of another national language.
