What to expect during the apprenticeship

• Depending on your choice (EFZ or EBA), an intensive, varied, and demanding 3- or 2-year training
• Many dedicated professionals who will support and train you in all relevant areas during your apprenticeship
• Training in the healthcare sector where the culinary aspect is not neglected
• A broad apprenticeship during which you will not only cook menus but also prepare a lot of à la carte, banquets, and aperitifs

• Motivation: A motivated personality who is open to new things
• Personality: You bring teamwork, resilience, and willingness to perform – plus you have an eye for creativity, cleanliness, and order
• School qualification: You have completed compulsory schooling and possess more than just basic knowledge in mathematics and German
