Aubonne Hospital has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in one place: whether for primary care with its medical centre, acute care with its recognised internal medicine beds and palliative care unit, the multisite treatment and rehabilitation centre, or long-term care services with its EMS and Temporary Reception Centre (CAT).
We are looking for Aubonne Hospital for November 2026 a:
Head of Clinic Palliative Care and CTR (M/F) at 70 - 100%

YOU HAVE
- The federal specialist title or nearing completion, recognised in general internal medicine by MEBEKO.
- A particular interest in geriatric rehabilitation and palliative care.
- The ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
- A spirit of initiative, organisation and collegiality.
- A means of transport and a driving licence, ideally.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the clinical supervision of the overall care of patients in geriatric rehabilitation or palliative care.
- Work interdisciplinarily with nursing and therapy services (occupational-physio, psycho-neuropsy, nurses, dieticians) aiming for coordinated care and achieving common goals.
- Contact and have privileged access with acute care and specialists of the EHC network, guaranteeing medical quality and smooth information flow.
- Participate in second-line on-call duties during the week and weekends, about one week in five.
- Supervise, support and train the 7 assistant doctors in the development of their skills and career progression.
- Be supported by 3 senior doctors specialised in internal medicine, geriatrics and palliative care to contribute to your professional development.
