• Co-responsible for financial accounting and personnel administration
• Recording and managing accident and sickness reports. Preparing employment contracts and work certificates. Managing accident and sickness reports
• You assist in the preparation of planning processes (budget, 5-year planning) and in the preparation of timely reporting (monthly and annual financial statements)
• As co-responsible for administration and IT, you help ensure the availability of the systems

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally already have further training in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk) and/or experience in personnel administration
• In addition to professional skills, you convince through initiative as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting. Your flair for dealing with employees distinguishes you. Good IT skills complete your profile
• You are an independent and committed personality
