Your Tasks
- Social support within the framework of inpatient stay in the acute ward
- Advice and support for patients and their reference persons in personal, educational, professional, legal, and financial matters as well as organization of follow-up solutions in the areas of education & work, housing, and daily structure
- Coordination and exchange within the interdisciplinary team and with external specialists and institutions
Your Profile
- Tertiary degree in Social Work, with a focus on social work studies
- Professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage
- Solution- and life-world-oriented attitude and working method
- High flexibility, independence, and creativity in everyday work
