To strengthen our team in Windisch, we are looking for a motivated individual as HR Consultant / Healthcare Recruiter (80–100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

You enjoy contact with people, recognise potential and want to support candidates on their way to the right job? Then you are exactly right with us. Experience in recruitment is an advantage – as is professional experience in healthcare. Motivated career changers from the healthcare sector are also warmly welcome.

• Accompany candidates from the first interview to successful job placement
• Advise and support clients in filling open positions
• Conduct interviews and identify suitable talents
• Create job advertisements and publish them through various channels
• Acquire new candidates via social media, active sourcing and your network
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Obtain references and support clients in decision-making
• Actively shape our recruitment and placement processes
• Acquire new clients and build your own client network

• Completed vocational training
• Enjoy working with people and confident demeanour
• Sales flair, persuasiveness and initiative
• Independent and structured working style
• Experience in recruitment or personnel placement is an advantage
• Experience in healthcare is also an advantage – for example in nursing, therapy, home care or another medical field.
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office and social media
