Foreman Horticulture (m/f)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Leading a horticulture team of approx. 2-4 employees
• Organisation / deployment of personnel, machinery and materials
• Issuing work instructions
• Responsible for work quality and quantity
• Preparation of daily and time sheets

Our expectations

• Completed apprenticeship as a landscape gardener with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Several years of practical experience
• German spoken and written
• Driving licence category B, BE
• Good plant knowledge
• Experience in handling small machines and excavators
• Responsible, conscientious and goal-oriented personality
• Open-mindedness, sociability, reliability, punctuality
• High resilience and willingness to perform
