Founded in 1974, the company Frossard Bois SA, Carpentry and Joinery, consists of 45 employees, including 19 dedicated to the carpentry sector. Passionate about wood, we manufacture buildings and create furniture reflecting our base material: with nobility and beauty. Your main tasks

As a professional in design and execution, you work on sustainable wood construction projects. Your responsibilities are divided as follows:

Design and technical management:

Study plans and specifications from clients, architects, and engineers, integrating technical, budgetary, and regulatory constraints. Perform static calculations. Draw precise execution plans using the Cadwork software while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and durability standards.

Project monitoring and logistics:

Estimate quantities, evaluate material costs, and place necessary orders. Collaborate with various project stakeholders and ensure execution conformity. Manage and supervise work both in the workshop and on site, participate in meetings, and control quality. Ensure strict adherence to budgets and deadlines. Prepare invoices (text drafting and measurement recording).

Secondary tasks (internal training provided):

Calculate prices, draft and format offers using the Triviso software. Program the CNC machining centre for solid wood elements using the Lignocam software. Ensure the supervision and training of apprentices within the company (regular interviews, programme follow-up).

Your profile

You have a qualification as a Wood / Carpentry Technician or an equivalent title. You have in-depth knowledge of materials, techniques, and tools for wood construction. You are proficient in the CAD software Cadwork as well as basic IT tools (Word, Excel). You are recognised for your rigour, precision, and attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent team spirit, initiative, as well as anticipation and adaptability skills. You share our sensitivity for ecology and sustainability.
