About the job

As an operations employee, you support our team in Bern in daily operations and, together with your colleagues, ensure a smooth and efficient process. You assist with the sorting, processing, and preparation of recyclable materials and make an important contribution to the sustainable recovery of valuable raw materials.

Operations Employee

This is what you do...

• Sorting of recyclable materials
• Loading and unloading of lorries with the forklift
• Proper storage of materials
• Ongoing maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
• Support with various auxiliary tasks in the operation
• Recording incoming and outgoing stock in the computer system
• Compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Promotion of continuous improvement through error analysis and suggestions for improvement
• Taking on additional tasks for personnel or operational reasons
