As an operations employee, you support our team in Bern in daily operations and, together with your colleagues, ensure a smooth and efficient process. You assist with the sorting, processing, and preparation of recyclable materials and make an important contribution to the sustainable recovery of valuable raw materials.

- Sorting of recyclable materials
- Loading and unloading of lorries with the forklift
- Proper storage of materials
- Ongoing maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
- Support with various auxiliary tasks in the operation
- Recording incoming and outgoing stock in the computer system
- Compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Promotion of continuous improvement through error analysis and suggestions for improvement
- Taking on additional tasks for personnel or operational reasons
