About the job
Your new role
As a Technical Facility Management Specialist, you ensure the technical and structural operation of the assigned properties. You are the contact person for the building service staff and ensure first-level support. In coordination with the project management for asset preservation, you organize and coordinate repair and maintenance measures. You hand over properties and systems to the operators and instruct them. In addition, you ensure the maintenance of property data and actively participate in projects as well as in the operational strategy.
This position is for you if
- you have completed a technical or craft apprenticeship (mainly in the construction sector). Any further training in facility management or a degree at the higher technical school (HF) level complements your profile
- you want to contribute your several years of professional experience in technical facility management and your pronounced planning and organizational skills with us.
- you enjoy working independently within a team, are conscientious, resilient, and responsible.
- you find it easy to communicate clearly and understandably, both orally and in writing, tailored to different stakeholders.
