Team Leader Internal Sales KAM (m/f) 90 - 100%

Scope of work

• Leadership and development of a team of three employees
• Responsibility for the entire order processing – from quotation through order handling and delivery to returns processing
• Active support of our Key Account Managers in maintaining and developing our customer relationships
• Interface function between customers, Key Account Management, Product Management, Production, Purchasing and Logistics
• Assumption of product management tasks in the Private Label area
• Participation and coordination of customer-specific projects

Requirements

• Commercial basic training or business management further education
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position and initial leadership experience
• Committed, resilient, team-oriented and independent working as well as solution-oriented personality
• Confident German and good English skills
• Very good user knowledge of ERP systems (SAP advantageous) and MS Office
