Operations Electrician in 4-Shift System 100% (m/f/d)

• Troubleshooting on production equipment: You quickly analyse faults in paper production and processing and ensure that our systems run reliably and efficiently.
• Carrying out maintenance work: With your technical know-how, you maintain our systems and infrastructure reliably, ensure high operational readiness and drive process optimisations forward.
• Ensuring information flow within the team: Through your clear, open and solution-oriented communication, all parties involved are always kept up to date.

Optional additional tasks:

• Taking on tasks in maintenance planning: You independently and proactively plan, coordinate and implement maintenance measures in a structured manner.
• Adjusting and maintaining documentation: You carefully keep technical documents - such as schematics - up to date and sustainably ensure their quality.

• Training: You have completed training as an electrician, automation technician EFZ or in a related technical field (listed professions at ESTI) and ideally hold an installation permit NIV Art. 13 or 15.
• Experience: You have solid experience in the maintenance and servicing of production equipment, ideally in paper production or processing.
• Personality and working style: With your communicative and team-oriented manner, you work cross-departmentally and promote efficient information exchange.
• Shift willingness: You feel comfortable in a 4-shift operation. We work in a rotating 7-day shift model, where you work seven consecutive days in the same shift - including weekends and public holidays. Depending on the rhythm, you have 56 to 80 hours of free time between shift changes.
