About the job
Expand your sphere of influence instead of getting stuck in the same old routine? Shape the future of long-term care as a senior nursing expert across multiple facilities and drive innovation forward!
The Company
A pioneering competence centre for life and living culture in old age, redefining standards. Here, care is not understood as rigid routine but as a dynamic, human environment where individuality, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and the highest professional standards go hand in hand. The institution sees itself as a dynamic place of learning and living, deliberately focusing on personal responsibility, interdisciplinary excellence, and genuine innovation.
The Mission
Anchor overarching quality development and scientifically based practice across multiple locations. This role acts as a strategic driving force at the interfaces of care, innovation, and organisational development – with the goal of establishing best practices nationwide, empowering teams professionally, and elevating long-term care to a new level.
Your Responsibilities with the New Employer:
Overarching Quality and Practice Development: Strategic and operational support as well as professional advancement of care concepts across multiple facilities (best practice).
Scientific Transfer & Implementation: Integration of current nursing science findings (EBP) into everyday practice and establishment of innovative, evidence-based standards.
Professional Coaching & Mentoring: Sparring partner for nursing teams and ward managers, support in complex care situations (clinical assessment), and conducting case discussions.
Process and Project Work: Initiation and management of cross-departmental projects to optimise care processes and promote cross-sector collaboration.
Interface Management: Networking between management, medicine, therapy, and frontline care to ensure holistic, quality-oriented resident care.
You Offer Your New Employer:
Advanced Professional Training: Completed degree in nursing (Master of Science / BSc Nursing), ideally with a specialisation as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or specialised nursing expert (nurse with corresponding Master’s/licence).
Professional Experience: Solid, several years of clinical experience in long-term care or acute geriatrics as well as proven success in project and quality work.
Change Competence: Strong innovative drive, enthusiasm for developing the nursing culture, and the ability to inspire employees on this journey.
Social Skills & Assertiveness: High advisory competence, diplomatic skill, strong communication abilities, and a winning manner at all hierarchical levels.
Additional Benefits You Can Look Forward To:
Scope for Creativity: The opportunity to strategically and sustainably shape care quality and culture across multiple locations.
Corporate Culture: A progressive working environment that welcomes innovation, promotes interdisciplinary exchange, and embraces flat hierarchies.
Development Prospects: Space to realise your own ideas as well as targeted support for professional and personal development.
Attractive Conditions: Contemporary employment conditions, flexible working arrangements (including home office options for conceptual work), and fair remuneration.
