For our client, an SME with a warehouse in Pratteln, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader (100%, Try + Hire) by agreement
Job Description- Professional and personnel management of the warehouse and logistics area
- Further development and optimisation of existing warehouse processes and workflows
- Leadership and promotion of a team of around 3 employees
- Ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations
- Active participation in day-to-day operational business
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable qualification with team leader experience
- Several years of experience in warehouse logistics
- 1-3 years of experience as a warehouse manager or team leader is an advantage
- Very good German language skills
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Good organisational and communication skills
