Senior Construction Manager Building Construction - Large Residential Project, 80-100%

You live your projects, have high quality standards and thrive in a demanding, professional environment? In this large residential construction project, you will take on the local construction management as a Senior Construction Manager and bring your experience where it is needed.

Your tasks

• You take on the local construction management for a demanding large residential construction project, from contract award or tendering to project completion.
• You coordinate all contractors involved in the construction throughout the entire project duration.
• You plan and monitor schedules, quality and costs for the project sections entrusted to you.
• You lead meetings with internal and external partners, from offer negotiations to billing.
• You act as a competent contact person for clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities and craftsmen.

What distinguishes you

• Thanks to your training as a federally certified construction manager, HF technician in building construction or a comparable qualification, you bring the technical expertise for demanding building construction projects.
• You have several years of solid professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland, ideally in the realisation of large projects.
• SIA standards are part of your everyday life.
• You are open to digital working methods and confidently use MS Office as well as construction administration software (e.g. Provis, Bluebeam or Dalux).
• In negotiations and coordinating various stakeholders, you keep an overview even in complex situations and find pragmatic solutions.
• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility towards younger construction managers and convince with initiative, strong communication skills and a structured way of working.
