What awaits you
- Process outpatient services in the field of health insurance in our IT system and handle the associated administrative tasks
- Inform and advise our insured persons by phone on various questions related to health insurance
- Manage correspondence with our insured persons and healthcare providers
What we expect
- Training as a pharmacy assistant or medical assistant: an advantage
- Experience in health insurance or medical services
- Fluency in French, good knowledge of German or English: an advantage
- Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy, precision and rigour
