To strengthen our Pharmacy/Laboratory team, we are looking for a

Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Specialist 40%

Your main tasks

• Preparing medications for the residents as well as supplying materials to the nursing departments
• Processing and recording medications for new admissions and after doctor visits
• Ordering medications, nursing materials, cosmetics, and medical aids
• Co-responsibility in quality assurance in the pharmacy area
• Data processing and data maintenance via Barcomed (inventory management system)
• Inventory management
• Assistance for the nursing staff

You bring with you

• Completed training as a pharmacy assistant or pharmacy specialist with professional experience and solid medication knowledge
• Good IT skills, especially in dealing with inventory management and patient documentation programs
• Independent, precise, and quality-oriented working style
• Good organizational skills and a quick grasp
• Resilience and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to collaborate across locations as well as flexibility regarding working days (Monday to Friday, no weekend or emergency services)
