About the job
JUNIOR SITE MANAGER 80–100%
THINK ALONG. BUILD ALONG. RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE.

You want to experience firsthand how architecture is created and how ideas become built reality, take responsibility step by step, and work in a family-like environment with good working conditions? For us, 100% corresponds to a 38-hour week.
We are looking for a Junior Site Manager for our team who wants to develop further in site management. You will work directly on our projects, liaise with contractors and specialist planners, and learn to keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs.
ABOUT YOU

- You are organised, communicative, and solution-oriented and can respond flexibly to new situations.
- You enjoy working with people and feel comfortable in direct exchange on the construction site.
- You want to take responsibility and develop professionally.
- You have good German language skills.
Initial site experience is welcome; what is important to us is motivation, interest, and eagerness to learn.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Assist in local site management
- Coordinate contractors and specialist planners
- Participate in meetings, inspections, and handovers
- Keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs together with the project management
- Gradually take on your own tasks and sub-areas
