We are a non-profit organisation in the field of outpatient medical care. With over 170 employees, we are one of the most significant institutions in Swiss addiction medicine. Thanks to our integrated care approach, we offer comprehensive treatment in the areas of psychiatry, psychotherapy, general internal medicine, infectiology, and social work. We accompany our patients with respect and on an equal footing.

To strengthen our Social Work department, we are looking for you from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement: a committed and humorous personality.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for advising and supporting our demanding patients in social questions and problems
• Conducting individual case assistance
• Assessments and interventions in the areas of securing livelihood, asserting social insurance claims, debt counselling, support in administrative matters, advice and support in dealing with authorities, as well as reintegration measures
• Networking and collaboration with external specialist agencies

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work and several years of professional experience in social work, preferably in clinical social work, as well as good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
• Openness and acceptance of our non-abstinence-oriented treatment offer
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in our teams
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, with high flexibility and resilience
• Further training as a practical trainer is an advantage
• Good English skills and additional foreign languages are an advantage
