The Reusspark is the leading competence centre in long-term care and offers a home to 300 residents.
In our day and night centre (TNZ), we support elderly people in need of care and assistance to relieve their relatives for a few hours up to a few weeks.
To support our team, we are looking for immediate or agreed start
Health Specialist TNZ (without night shift)
60 - 80% workload
Your tasks
- Professional, individual care and support of guests
- Support of smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
- Co-responsible for acquiring new guests
- Supervision of students
- Implementation and further development of our quality management system according to ISO 9001 and RAI
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Very good German language skills
- High respect for elderly and demented people
- Quality and cost awareness
- Flexibility, openness to a modern care philosophy
- Experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of RAI and EasyDoc is an advantage
