- Specialist responsibility in the field of employment and social security law
- Primary contact person for the lawyers in the team for professional and tactical questions within case processing
- Ensuring daily business as well as a high service quality towards our customers and other stakeholders
- Induction of new and further development of existing employees
- Participation in process optimisations
- Handling complaints
- Involvement in further initiatives and projects
What you bring
- Swiss university degree in law
- Several years of legal professional experience, preferably in the areas of employment, social security and liability law, ideally with successfully passed bar exam
- High commitment and resilience as well as excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
- Pronounced negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Fluent German and confident English
