Head of HR Administration

Responsibilities

• You lead the HR administration at the Schafisheim site with 8 employees and develop your team both professionally and personally
• You ensure professional, efficient and timely personnel administration and actively drive the continuous optimisation of processes and workflows
• As an HR Business Partner, you support the technical department at the Schafisheim site and are the contact person for employees and managers on labour law, personnel and social issues
• You advise and accompany managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment through development and retention to separation processes
• You engage in project and working groups and contribute your experience specifically to the further development of HR processes, services and tools

Requirements

• Proactive doer personality with genuine HR passion who loves to be close to people and the business
• Strong service and consulting attitude as well as enjoyment in meeting high expectations with healthy pragmatism in a service-oriented manner
• Resilient and winning personality with high advisory competence, social skills and assertiveness
• Hands-on mentality, resilient and winning personality who makes HR visible and tangible
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a comparable role with leadership responsibility in HR administration and as an HR Business Partner
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
