Temporary FaBe Childcare Assistants for our staff pool (all)

With your FaBe training, you step in at our daycare structure when needed, spontaneously or planned. You actively shape the daily routine with primary school children and keep the operation running.

Working hours

• School days Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• School holidays Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM during six holiday weeks

As part of our staff pool, you will be deployed flexibly within these times, depending on demand and availability.

Additionally, we are looking for a person to take over daily responsibility for the week from 07/27/2026 – 07/31/2026.

Tasks

• Collaboration in the operation of daycare structures including lunch service

• Care of children of primary school age (kindergarten to 6th grade)

• Taking over daily responsibility during your assignments as needed

• Co-designing an educational care offer

• Keeping attendance lists and organizing daily routines

Requirements

• Training as a childcare specialist (FaBe children) or equivalent qualification

• Experience and enjoyment in working with children of different ages

• Independent, flexible, and structured working style as well as good communication skills

• Willingness for short-term as well as planned assignments

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
